Since opening its doors in 1990 by owners Jon and MaryLynne Hamlin, Tidal Raves has been committed to bringing an outstanding dining experience to your table. Jon is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and utilizes over 30 years of experience in leading our staff. The Head Chef, Jeff Brieger, also holds a culinary degree and the lead service staff offers extensive customer service experience and a Certified Sommelier. In 2006-2007, the property underwent a major remodel, a project that was guided by local architect, Arnold Bondley. The remodel has allowed us to provide customers with additional offerings in a more comfortable atmosphere. As always, our long-standing commitment is to prepare and serve the finest dishes, wine and cocktails in a warm, knowledgeable, and friendly manner. |
